This is the best quote I've heard yet about the California recall election that has attracted hundreds of candidates.

President George Bush has endorsed movie star Arnold Schwarzenegger and said that, surprise of all surprises, he's watching the election.

“I think it’s interesting,” Bush said. “I’m a follower of American politics.”
