Internet friends I have met in person.
In my travels over the Internet I have met some amazing people. As we all become friends and get to know one another, there is a natural desire to meet face-to-face. It has almost become a game to meet as many Internet friends as possible. However, it's not just a game; it is a chance to become closer friends and to form stronger bonds. Note: Internet names, rather than real names, have been used.

Kaz
Kaz happened to pass through CA. (Ignore
my wind-blown hair.)

Kaz and Spacebar
Kaz and his brother, Spacebar, both live
in Canada.

Ferrick
Ferrick went to UC
Davis, but finished before I began.

Ferrick
We met at Sudwerk's,
a popular hangout
in Davis, CA.

Ayako and I live an
hour apart, so we met
each other halfway.*

In front of barrels
After eating an Italian dinner, we admired realistic barrels.*

Puzzling over a camera
Her sister, Amber,
tried to help us figure out my camera.*

Cookies!
Months later, I went
to Ayako's house to
eat fresh cookies.

Flyingcats
Flyingcats, from Southern California,
was in the area.

Ayako and Flyingcats
Somehow, all three of
us managed to survive the blinding sun.*

Ayako and Flyingcats
But Ayako apparently
forgot where the
camera was.

Pictures of Pictures
Flyingcats looked on while Ayako and I took
pictures of each other.

Falling Flyingcats
Then we went on a
walk, where Flyingcats
fell to her death.

Puppies
Flyingcats then lived
long enough to see Ayako's puppies.

Puppy
This little guy decided that he liked Ayako
more than his siblings.

Ayako and a mallet
Ayako and I met
again a few months later; she was armed.

Ayako with the mallet
Help! Ayako is beating me over the head
with a large mallet!

Me with the mallet
Yes, that sinister
grin means that I
got her back.

Wet WHAT?
Ayako and I notice
most typos, and this sign didn't escape us.

Puppy
And those cute little
puppies grew up
very quickly.
